PURPOSE: A device for preventing harmful insects of trees is provided to eliminate harmful insects parasitizing in wood texture by applying electric shock to trees. CONSTITUTION: A device for preventing harmful insects of trees comprises a high pressure generator(100), a water tub(200), an insect control device(300), and a lid(500). The high pressure generator generates boosts voltage to direct current voltage of a fixed level, raises the boosted direct current voltage to high frequency voltage, and generates high pressure. The water tub is made of an insulator. On the floor of the water tub, an insulator preventing trees from floating on water is installed. The insect control device eliminates harmful insects parasitizing in wood texture.물속에서 수장된 나무에 전기 충격을 가하여 나무조직 속에 기생하는 병충해의 완전 방제가 이루어질 수 있도록 한 나무의 병충해 방제 장치가 개시된다.개시된 나무의 병충해 방제 장치는, 소정 레벨의 직류 전압을 승압하고, 승압한 직류 전압을 고주파 전압으로 상승시킨 후 상승시킨 고주파 전압으로 고압을 생성하여 출력하는 고압 발생 장치와； 물을 저장하는 수조와； 상기 수조에 저장된 물속에 위치하며, 상기 고압 발생 장치에서 출력된 고압으로 상기 수조에 수장된 나무에 전기 충격을 가하여 나무조직 속에 기생하는 병충해를 방제하는 방제 장치를 구비한다.
