A side horizontal connecting bar(230) connects a first rear vertical fixture(210) and a second rear vertical fixture(220). A fixing member(240) fixes the vinyl film traction to the first and second rear vertical fixtures. A hook fixing member(250) is hook-fixed to the rear upper part of the plastic greenhouse frame. Fixing plates(241) are separately fixed to the first and second rear vertical fixtures. A accepting member(242) accepts the upper part and the lower part of vinyl film traction part respectively. A projection plate(243) is protruded toward the front direction of the fixing plate on the front surface of the fixing plate. The rear part of a link member(244) is axis-combined to the upper part of the projection plate. A rotary member(245) prevents the vinyl film traction part kept in the accepting member from separating from the accepting member.
