Disclosed are a magnetic resonance imaging device and an imaging method of a magnetic resonance image. The magnetic resonance imaging device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises； a data obtaining unit which obtains line data by under-sampling a magnetic resonance signal received from each of channel coils included in a high frequency multi-coil at an irregular interval； and an image processing unit which restores K space data corresponding to each of the channel coils by using the relation between the line data. Therefore, a magnetic resonance image in which an aliasing defect is reduced can be restored.자기 공명 영상 장치 및 자기 공명 영상의 이미지 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 자기 공명 영상 장치는 고주파 멀티 코일에 포함되는 복수개의 채널 코일들 각각에서 수신되는 자기 공명 신호를 불규칙 간격으로 언더 샘플링하여 라인 데이터들을 획득하는 데이터 획득부, 및 상기 획득된 라인 데이터들 간의 관계를 이용하여, 상기 복수개의 채널 코일들 각각에 대응되는 복수개의 K 공간 데이터들을 복원하는 영상 처리부를 포함하며, 앨리어싱 결함이 감소된 자기 공명 영상을 복원할 수 있다.
