PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition of anion generation is provided to ensure release efficiency of anion generation and far infrared ray and to relax. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition of anion generation contains 5-20 wt% of natural material as an active ingredient, which generates anion. The natural material contains 100 wt% of anion complex, anion powder, or mixture containing 10-15 wt% of anion complex, 70-80 wt% of negative ionic water, and 10-15 wt% of anion powder.
