According to the present invention, by bring out an advantage of a synthetic resin based material and ameliorating a disadvantage of the synthetic resin based material, the tape may have excellent waterproof function and ventilation function, be flexible and easy to handle, have a long life, have flame retardancy and insulating function, and have the similar natural beauty to a natural bark.
