Absorbent product comprises layer of upper sheet, layer of lower plate and one absorbent inner layer. Each of following layers: layer of upper sheet, absorbent inner layer and layer of lower sheet includes longitudinal lateral peripheral edge. Absorbent product also comprises coating composition sensitive to water medium for release of active ingredients of absorbent product. Coating composition sensitive to water medium is located on absorbent article near longitudinal side of peripheral edge.
