PURPOSE: A protein conjugate containing oxyntomodulin and immunoglobulin Fc region and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same for preventing or treating obesity are provided to promote adipose decomposition and to safely and effectively treat obesity. CONSTITUTION: A conjugate contains oxyntomodulin and immunoglobulin Fc region which are conjugated by non-peptidal polymers. The oxyntomodulin has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1. The oxyntomodulin is an oxyntomodulin derivative prepared by addition, deletion, or substitution of wild type oxyntomodulin. The both ends of the non-peptidal polymers are conjugated to an amine group or a thiol group of the immunoglobulin Fc region and oxyntomodulin. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating obesity contains the conjugate. The pharmaceutical composition is administered solely or is combined with other pharmaceutical formulation for prevent or treating obesity.본 발명은 옥신토모듈린 및 면역글로불린 Fc 영역이 비펩타이드성 중합체를 통해 연결된 단백질 결합체 및 상기 결합체를 포함하는 비만 예방 또는 치료용 약제학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 옥신토모듈린과 면역글로불린 Fc를 포함하는 결합체는 옥신토모듈린과 마찬가지로 부작용을 나타내지 않으면서도, 상기 천연형 옥신토모듈린에서 나타나지 않는 음식물 섭취량의 감소, 위 배출 억제 및 지방분해 촉진 효과를 나타내고, 옥신토모듈린에 비하여 우월한 수용체 활성화 효과와 장기 지속력을 나타내므로, 안전하면서도 효과적인 비만치료에 널리 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
