To expand a slidable range of an arm while avoiding an increase in an apparatus size and complication of an apparatus.SOLUTION: An X-ray diagnostic apparatus includes a holding part, a timing belt, a guide part, and a fixing part. The holding part holds an X-ray tube and an X-ray detection part at a position where they are opposed to each other. The timing belt is provided on an outer peripheral surface side of the holding part in a tensioned state. The guide part is provided at the end of the holding part, and guides the timing belt from the outer peripheral surface side to the inner peripheral surface side of the holding part by winding the timing belt while causing it to come in contact with the circular arc part.
