The present disclosure is related to a technique with which animal ovules, zygotes, embryos and somatic cells can be vitrified these are arranged in straws with a special configuration and using cryopreservation and heating means to be evaluated as viable cryopreserved samples for its management. In the present invention, a vitrification method in a straw and direct transfer of bovine embryos is claimed comprising the following stages: a) Embryo management b) Balance and preparation of the straw c) Vitrification and d) Heating. Then, the straw is prepared in advance to apply the vitrified embryo by direct transfer. In this application the corresponding straws are also claimed for the uses in which the methods and animals are used.Con esta técnica se pueden vitrificar óvulos, cigotos, embriones y células somáticas de animales las cuales se disponen en pajillas con una configuración especial y empleando medios de criopreservación y calentamiento para ser evaluados como muestras criopreservadas viables para su manejo. En ella se reclama un método para vitrificación en pajilla y transferencia directa de embriones bovinos que comprende las siguientes etapas: a) Manejo de embriones b) Equilibrio y preparación de la pajilla c) Vitrificación y d) Calentamiento. Donde la pajilla se prepara previamente para aplicar por transferencia directa el embrión vitrificado. En esta solicitud se reclama también las pajillas correspondientes para los usos en que se emplean los métodos y animales.
