An inside out turning-based silk cocoon stripping and washing integrated machine with a trench, comprising a conveying device for conveying silk cocoons, a punching device for punching the silk cocoons, a capturing device for taking out the silk cocoons, an expansion device cooperating with the capturing device to expand the silk cocoons, and a washing device for washing the silk cocoons. Silk cocoons are punched, captured, then turned inside out under the cooperation of the expansion structure, and washed in a pool after the inside out turning; the procedures are completed in one machine, and thus the efficiency is high. By cleaning a silk cocoon during expansion on a balloon sleeve (C3), the thickness of the silk cocoon after the expansion is uniform, the silk cocoon is not easy to break, and the washing efficiency is high.
