PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized X-ray diagnostic apparatus specialized in photographing a specific region.SOLUTION: An X-ray diagnostic apparatus includes a top plate on which a subject is placed, an X-ray tube 10 for generating an X-ray to the subject, and an X-ray tube support mechanism 12 for movably supporting the X-ray tube. The X-ray tube support mechanism and the X-ray tube are disposed below the top plate, and the X-ray tube support mechanism includes a first arm 121 for slidably supporting the X-ray tube, and a second arm 122 for supporting the first arm having an arc shape so that the first arm can rotate around a rotational axis orthogonal to the top plate.
