PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: maintenance management items are influenced by an installation environment of a device, since a medical image diagnostic device needs a variety of maintenance management for achievement of its original functions, and such maintenance management needs to add management items later as the number of utility modes of the device increases even after the device is installed.SOLUTION: The medical image diagnostic device performs maintenance management including cases performing succeeding maintenance management by telecommunication, such as the Internet network. Power line communication modems 6, 7, and 50 are provided for an installation site of the device, to which a variety of maintenance management monitors 15, 16, and 17 of the device are connected via a hub 5. To the Internet system 10, a maintenance side is connected, communication is performed via the modems 6, 7, and 50, monitor detection signals are incorporated, and monitored to achieve maintenance management.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】医用画像診断装置は、その本来の機能達成のために、各種の保守管理を必要とする。こうした保守管理は、装置の使用態様の増加に伴い、装置の設置後においても後発的に管理項目を追加することが必要となる。本発明は保守管理項目を装置の設置環境の影響を受けずに可能とする。【解決手段】本発明の医用画像診断装置は、後発的な保守管理を行う事例を含む、保守管理を、インターネット系などの遠隔通信により実現可能とする。装置の設置現場に、電力線通信モデム(6、7、50)を設け、これに、装置の各種の保守管理用のモニタ15、16、17をハブ5を介して接続させた。インターネット系10には、メンテナンス側がつながっており、上記モデム(6、7、50)を介して通信を行い、モニタ検出信号の取り組みを行い、それを監視することで、保守管理を達成する。【選択図】図1
