Provided are an RNA interference vector and a transgenic plant obtained by introducing same into a target plant. The transgenic plant is an infertile transgenic plant or a fertility-lowered transgenic plant. Further provided is a method for cultivating a target plant into an infertile mutant or a low fertility mutant. The method comprises the step of mutating the seeds of a target plant using sodium azide. Provided is a method for preparing a fertility-lowered plant or infertile line through RNA interference or TILLING (Targeting Induced Local Lesions IN Genomes) technical screening.L'invention concerne un vecteur pour interférence ARN et une plante transgénique obtenue par introduction de celui-ci dans une plante cible. La plante transgénique est une plante transgénique non fertile ou une plante transgénique à fertilité abaissée.
