PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic apparatus enabling accurate comparison between a preoperative image and a postoperative image: and to provide an image processing apparatus.SOLUTION: An X-ray diagnostic apparatus 1 includes a profile measurement unit 25, a correction factor identification unit 26, a DSA image correction unit 27 and a control unit 34. The profile measurement unit measures each of profiles regarding the concentration of a contrast medium in regions of interest each set at an almost one position including blood vessels in two difference images different in capturing time and captured from an almost one direction with respect to the head of the subject. The correction factor identification unit identifies correction factors so that the two profiles each measured by the profile measurement unit almost correspond to each other. The DSA image correction unit corrects at least one of the two difference images on the basis of the identified correction factors. The control unit controls to display the information based on the two difference images at least one of which is corrected by the DSA image correction unit on the display part.【課題】術前の画像と術後の画像とを正確に比較することを可能にするＸ線診断装置及び画像処理装置を提供する。【解決手段】Ｘ線診断装置１は、プロファイル計測部２５と、補正ファクター同定部２６と、ＤＳＡ画像補正部２７と、制御部３４とを備える。プロファイル計測部は、被検体の頭部に対して略同一方向から撮影された撮影時期の異なる２枚の差分画像における血管を含む略同一位置にそれぞれ設定された関心領域における造影剤濃度に関するプロファイルをそれぞれ計測する。補正ファクター同定部は、プロファイル計測部によってそれぞれ計測された２つのプロファイルが略一致するように補正ファクターを同定する。ＤＳＡ画像補正部は、同定された補正ファクターに基づいて、２枚の差分画像うちの少なくとも一方を補正する。制御部は、ＤＳＡ画像補正部によって少なくとも一方が補正された２枚の差分画像に基づいた情報を表示部にて表示するように制御する。【選択図】図１
