A transport unit(130) breaks and transfers while releasing the straw of a circular baler net for roughage by a regular quantity, and removes a foreign substance like a stone included in a rice straw while transferring the straw. A cutting part(150) cuts in a regular length through a pair of cutting blades(152) rotated by a drive motor(151) and supply to a mixed part(10). A control part controls a releasing part, a transport part, a cutting part, and mixed part. A foreign substance discharging unit(170) collects and discharges a foreign substance discharged from a straw being transferred. A first guide hole(111a) is punched on both sides of a housing and a second guide hole(111b) is formed in the rear lower part of a first guide hole. A pair of drive rollers(114,114) rotate respectively by a pair of drive motors in order to rotate a circular baler net for roughage. A pressurization rotation unit(115) includes a pressurization cylinder(1151), a connection link bar(1152), a rotation bar(1153), a rotary motion bar(1154), a pressurization rotation means(1155).
