The invention relates to a bacterial strain of non-pathogenic Cobetia marina used in aquaculture, which corresponds to an isolated Cobetia marina strain that is gram negative and oxidase positive, registered under CECT No. 7764, that grows in dibenzothiopene (DBT) as the sole source of carbon. The invention additionally relates to a method for producing a biosurfactant tensioactive extract, which includes: growing the Cobetia marina strain (MM1IDA2H-1), CECT No. 7764, in a bioreactor in a liquid culture medium for 24 to 48 hours at a temperature between 10 and 35º C and a pH of 6 to 8, with constant agitation between 100 to 400 rpm and saturation with 10 to 21% oxygen until a culture with grown cells and extracellular products plus inorganic salts is produced; separating the cells; lyophilizing the supernatant; sieving the powder obtained; and drying said powder. The invention likewise relates to a biosurfactant, a tensioactive extract and uses of same to prevent infectious pathologies in aquaculture; to the use thereof as an additive in paint formulations for submersible surfaces; and to the use thereof as an additive in food for fish, where an immune response is induced.La invención divulga una cepa bacteriana de Cobetia marina no patógena de utilidad en acuicultura, que corresponde a una cepa aislada Cobetia marina, gram negativa, oxidasa positiva, depositada bajo el registro de CECT Nº 7764; que crece en dibenzotiofeno (DBT) como única fuente de carbono. Ademas divulga un método para obtener un extracto biosurfactante, tensoactivo que comprende crecer en un biorreactor Cobetia marina cepa (MM1IDA2H-1) CECT Nº 7764 en un medio de cultivo líquido durante 24 a 48 horas a una temperatura entre 10 y 35º C, p H 6 a 8; con agitación constante entre 100 a 400 rpm y saturación de oxígeno entre 10 a 21%; hasta obtener un cultivo con células crecidas y productos extracelulares más sales inorgánicas; separar las celulas, liofilizar el sobrenadante, tamizar el polvo obtenido
