PURPOSE: A soluble drug delivery system is provided to prevent early drug release and to directly apply to a lesion. CONSTITUTION: A novel drug delivery system which enables sustained release contains 0.01-30 weight% of drug with positive charge and 0.01-30 weight% of multivalent cation. The drug with positive charge is selected from Teicoplanin, dexamethasone disodium phosphate, cefalotin sodium, colistimethate sodium, and Tolmetin sodium. The multivalent cation is selected from Mg^2+, Ca^2+, Sr^2+, Ba^2+, Be^2+, Cr^2+, Co^2+, Zn^2+, Al^3+, Fe^3+, and Mn^7+. The soluble drug delivery system is produced by mixing the drug solution with negative charge and multivalent solution in a volume ratio of 1:0.01-1:100.본 발명은 약물의 서방형 방출이 가능한 약물 전달시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 약물 전달 시스템은, 음전하를 띠는 약물과 다가 양이온을 포함하는 화합물이 이온 컴플렉스를 형성하는 것으로 구성된다. 상기 약물 전달 시스템은 서방성 방출 거동으로 국소 환부에 약물이 효과적으로 전달될 뿐만 아니라 약물의 처치 빈도를 크게 낮출 수 있어 병변의 치료를 위해 환자가 병원을 빈번히 내원해야 하는 번거로움 및 이에 따른 환자의 의료비 비용부담을 크게 낮출 수 있는 효과를 가진다.
