PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intramedullary fixing fitting for treating a femur proximal part fracture capable of certainly fixing a fracture part in a relatively simple manner to perfectly heal the same.SOLUTION: This intramedullary fixing fitting includes an intramedullary nail 19 inserted in the marrow and a lag screw 20 arranged so as to pierce through the intramedullary nail 19 in an obliquely upward direction to penetrate into the condyle and cervix of the femur.
