Abstract: The proposed system is speaker dependent. This Voice controlled safety wheel chair assists the handicapped or elderly persons to make them self-dependent for the purpose of movement for which these people are dependent on others most of the times. A person with disabled legs and arms can use this wheel chair efficiently if he is able to speak. The proposed system is eco-friendly and is designed to be operated in low noisy environment. The prototype model of the proposed work is ready and operational.
