Nanostructure thin film of titanium dioxide particle with nano silver particle on the substrate. The film is composed of many nanosized titania particles with anatase crystal. The shape of titania is rhombus, the long axis is 10-15 nm and the short axis is 3-6 nm. The nano silver particle size is less than 100nm. The transparent Ag/TiO2 film on substrates exhibits super-hydrophylic property and great antibacterial property. It has very high photoactivity under illumination by ultraviolet visible light, and sunlight.
