An implant-supported tri-layer denture structure is provided, which comprises a support layer, a buffer layer and a denture layer. The support layer is made of rigid material and configured for being fixed on a plurality of dental implants in the maxilla or the mandible of a patient. The denture layer is made of rigid material and configured to emulate the rigidity of tooth enamel to replace teeth of the patient for chewing. The buffer layer is made of flexible material. The buffer layer is positioned between the support layer and the denture layer to emulate the flexibility of periodontal ligament to serve as a buffer between the support layer and the denture layer.
