PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair type massage machine capable of sufficiently and effectively massaging parts to be treated facing opening sides of recessed receiving parts in a chair type massage machine having footrest parts formed with the recessed receiving parts for inserting and placing the parts to be treated and massaging them.SOLUTION: This chair type massage machine includes the footrest parts 13a having the pair of left/right recessed receiving parts for placing parts to be treated of the thigh parts or the toe parts of a therapy receiving person, in front of a seat, and inflating/deflating bags 4a inflated/deflated by air feed/exhaust of an air feed/exhaust device, in inside appropriate parts of the recessed receiving parts.
