PURPOSE: A system for controlling self directed learning is provided to inform a current pose state of a user and record the state in real time.CONSTITUTION: A weight measurement device(100) measures a changed resistance value according to weight variation of a user. The weight measurement device transmits a result of the measured resistance value to a learning control device(200). The learning control device determines a pose of the user with comparison of the measured resistance value transmitted from the weight measurement device and a reference value.
