PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic device which can improve the diagnostic efficiency and a method of setting the same.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic device 1 comprises: an ultrasonic imaging section 3 which acquires an ultrasonic image of a subject a human body information acquisition section 2a which acquires human body information on the subject a disease estimation section 2f which estimates the disease of the subject by using the human body information acquired by the human body information acquisition section 2a a setting information determination section 2h which determines setting information on an imaging condition of the ultrasonic imaging section 3 in accordance with the disease estimated by the disease estimation section 2f and a setting section 18 which performs setting of the ultrasonic imaging section 3 by using the setting information determined by the setting information determination section 2h.
