The present invention relates to a sterilizing device. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the sterilizing device includes a main body, a transparent member, a fixing member, and a light source module. Here, the main body includes a lower body having a space formed therein, and an upper body formed on the lower body and having an ultraviolet ray outlet. Further, the transparent member is located on the main body, covers the ultraviolet ray outlet of the main body, and transmits ultraviolet rays. Further, the fixing member is fixed to the main body, and an opening is formed. The fixing member includes a guide formed to protrude from the upper surface along the rim of the opening, and the upper surface of the guide closely contacts the transparent member. Further, the light source module includes a substrate and a light emitting element.
