This invention provides a solid cosmetic for lip, wherein the solid cocmetic has excellent secondary adhesion-less effect, and is good in a feeling of use, duration of glossy, and stability. The lip cosmetic of the present invention is characterized by comprising (a) 5~30 mass % of hydrogenated polyisobutene, (b) 30~70 mass % of one kind or more than two kinds of methylphenyl silicone which will be separated from (a) when mixing (a) and (b) at 25℃, (c) 0.5~15 mass % of oil component which will be separated from (a) and (b) when mixing with (a) or (b) at 25℃, (d) 4~12 mass % of wax.本發明提供一種唇用固形化妝料，該唇用固形化妝料具有優異的無二次附著效果，使用感、光澤的持續性、安定性優異。本發明的唇用化妝料的特徵是含有(a)氫化聚異丁烯5至30質量%，(b)在25℃與(a)混合時會分離的1種或2種以上的甲基苯基聚矽氧30至70質量%，(c)在25℃與(a)混合時，及與(b)混合時都會分離的油分0.5至15質量%，與(d)蠟4至12質量%。
