PURPOSE: A production method of bibimbap is provided to enable users to easily eat the bibimbap without mixing ingredients.CONSTITUTION: Grain ingredients, mixing ingredients, and seasoning ingredients are mixed to obtain bibimbap. A wrapping material is prepared by thinly molding an edible ingredient into a square, circular, triangular, or random shape (S17). The bibimbap is wrapped in the wrapping material (S19). The grain ingredients include cooked white rice, cooked brown rice, cooked barley, cooked mixed grains with rice, corn, wheat, grain jelly, rice cake, mashed potato, and mashed sweet potato. The mixing ingredients include vegetables, meat, eggs, seafood, cooked food, and artificial seasonings.
