PURPOSE: A producing method of a vegetation mat including a vegetation base layer using a cell-type core is provided to offer excellent ground fixing and attaching effects of the mat to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a vegetation mat including a vegetation base layer using a cell-type core comprises the following steps: crushing dried and compressed pulp blocks, and spraying coagulating liquid to the pulp blocks for coagulating pulp powder； drying the coagulated pulp powder to obtain pulp cotton； mixing the pulp cotton with a nutrient agent； laminating a natural net layer(10), a seed sheet layer(20), a vegetation base layer(30), another natural net layer(40), and a natural lattice layer(50)； and combining and fixing the laminated layers. The vegetation base layer includes the mixed pulp cotton inside the cell-type core.본 발명은 호안 및 하천이나 절개지 등의 법면 녹화를 위한 식생매트에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 분쇄된 펄프에 엉김액을 살수하여 뭉쳐진 형태의 펄프솜을 건조시킨 상태에서 건조된 펄프솜에 영양제 및 광물질이나 거름토 또는 선택종자를 혼합하여 이를 셀형 코어에 충전하되, 상부로부터 하측으로 천연격자층와 천연네트층 및 상기 셀형 코어에 의한 식생기반층과 종자시트층 및 천연네트층을 순차 적층한 후 이를 접합 고정함에 따라,셀형 코어에 의한 식생기반층으로 인해 식물의 발아 및 생장에 불리한 조건을 갖고 있는 법면에 대하여도 효과적인 발아 및 활착이 이루어지는 것이고, 영양분 및 농약 등으로 인해 종자의 발아촉진과 활착에 도움을 주어 법면에 대한 녹화가 빠르게 이루어질 수 있는 것이며, 식생매트 자체에 다양한 혼합물 또는 종자를 선택 조합하여 제조할 수 있으므로 다양한 시공처에 대한 특성이나 발주자의 요구에 합리적으로 부응할 수 있는 것이며, 펄프솜이 충전된 셀형 코어에 의한 식생기반층은 관수 및 우수시 지면과의 밀착성이 뛰어나 종자에 대한 우수한 보습 및 보온작용이 뛰어나 별도의 복토공정이 필요 없어 매우 효과적인 것이고 혼합펄프솜이 유실되거나 일측으로 쏠리는 현장을 방지하여 식생매트에 의한 녹화가 시공지 전체에 걸쳐 균등한 분포와 형상을 갖고 이루어질 수 있는 효과가 있는 것이다.
