PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for achieving hair styling retention.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a method for achieving hair styling retention, the method comprising the steps of: applying an aerosol composition to the hair with an apparatus at a spray rate from about 0.4 g/sec to about 0.8 g/sec.
