The present invention relates to a pesticide applicator, which includes a spray means having a hollow pipe positioned on the top of a pesticide container in which a pesticide solution is stored, and immersed in the pesticide solution of the pesticide container and an external housing converting the pesticide solution, which flows into the hollow pipe, into pesticide particles by rotating the hollow pipe, and spraying the pesticide particles upward. The pesticide applicator according to the present invention comprises a duct consisting of a main body having an air flow path in which the blowing air flows to a front discharging part by actions of a blower mounted on a mounting part in rear, and a connector connecting the main body and a spray discharging part of an external housing so that the air is able to flow and a separation container installed in the pesticide container to surround the hollow pipe, and having multiple water penetration holes for penetration of the pesticide solution formed in the bottom.
