PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter module of which a membrane area can be changed efficiently without changing a shape of a housing and the number of hollow fiber membranes for filling the housing.SOLUTION: A filter module includes a cylindrical housing 10, a hollow fiber membrane bundle for filling an inside of the housing 10, a treated liquid inlet 20 arranged on one end side of the housing 10, a treated liquid outlet 30 arranged on other end side of the housing 10. Opening regions are formed on both ends of the housing 10 by opening both ends of the respective hollow fiber membranes for structuring the hollow fiber membrane bundle.
