The present invention provides a fungicidal aqueous suspension composition for agriculture and horticulture having highly fungicidal effects against a wide range of types of filamentous fungi, including fungi belonging to oomycetes, ascomycetes, deuteromycetes and basidiomycetes in addition to that it is also effective against resistant pathogenic microorganisms even if used at a low concentration after diluting with water and without being affected by the target crop, plant disease or application method. According to present invention, oxime derivative when suspended in water followed by the addition of a predetermined amount of a specific surfactant, a fungicidal aqueous suspension composition for agriculture and horticulture is obtained that constantly demonstrates highly expected fungicidal effects.
