PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of art molded product and a manufactured art molded product using thereof are provided to produce a silicone forming mold with a big or small size than in an affordable price. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of art molded product comprises (a) a step of manufacturing molded product of solid shape by carving or shaving raw material； (b) a step of forming a first intaglio mold by injecting expandable urethane after setting film at the border of molded product； (c) a step of extending a first intaglio mold in a desired size by putting it into water； (d) a step of forming a second intaglio mold by injecting one raw material including wax, plaster, polyurethane, silicone, plastic raw materials after setting film at the border of molded product； (e) a step of forming a second intaglio mold by injecting one raw material including wax, plaster, polyurethane, silicone, plastic raw materials to a second embossed carving mold； and (f) a step of manufacturing molded product which is extended than molded product of (a) step by injecting raw material to a second intaglio mold； (g) a step of forming embossed carving mold by casting with heat-resisting plaster or molded product a second intaglio mold with a precision casting method by using ceramic； (h) a step of manufacturing intaglio mold using engraved mold； and (i) a step of manufacturing molded product which is extended than molded product of (a) step by injecting raw material to intaglio mold.
