PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen concentrator, in which a rotation angle of a knob is precisely detected, so that desired flow can be easily set.SOLUTION: A flow rate setter 87 includes a detection plate 123 to detect a rotation angle of a flow rate setting knob 17, a circuit board 125 disposed adjacent to the detection plate 123 in parallel to it, and a flow passage changing part 129 to change passages of oxygen concentrated gas in accordance with each setting of flow rate. The detection plate 123 is a disc having a number of opening parts 131 used for detection of the rotation angle. The opening parts 131 are disposed in five rows along concentric circles. Out of the opening parts 131 along the concentric circles, the ones in outer four rows are setting opening parts 133 to determine the rotation angle, while the ones in the innermost row are intermediate opening parts 135 to detect an intermediate position of the set flow rate.
