The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing a complex extract prepared by subcritical extraction of Stellaria media , sunflower ( Helianthus annuus ) and bilberry ( Vacniumnium vitis-idaea ) mixture after ultra high pressure pretreatment. The prepared extracts showed excellent skin cell protection and anti-aging effects under UV and blue light irradiation conditions, which can cause skin cell damage and aging, and effectively inhibited the penetration of blue light. Due to this effect, the complex extract of the present invention can be usefully used as a cosmetic for inhibiting skin aging or blocking blue light due to ultraviolet light and blue light.본 발명은 별꽃(Stellaria media), 해바라기(Helianthus annuus) 및 월귤(Vaccinium vitis-idaea) 혼합물을 초고압 전처리 후 아임계 추출하여 제조된 복합추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 상기 제조된 복합추출물은 피부세포 손상 및 노화를 유발할 수 있는 자외선 및 블루라이트 조사 조건에서 우수한 피부세포 보호 효능 및 항노화 효능을 나타내었으며, 블루라이트의 투과를 효과적으로 억제하였다. 이러한 효능으로 인해 본 발명의 복합추출물은 자외선 및 블루라이트로 인한 피부노화억제용 또는 블루라이트 차단용 화장료로서 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
