PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a stent graft, and a delivery system and a delivery method thereof.SOLUTION: The stent graft includes: a tubular graft provided with a proximal end and a distal end； and a support stent, at least a portion of which lies within the graft, provided with a proximal end and a distal end. The support stent includes a wire having a first helical wire portion having a first translational direction and a second helical wire portion having an opposite second translational direction. The support stent has a first length when in a compressed delivery configuration, and has a shorter second length when in an expanded deployed configuration. When in the delivery configuration, the support stent is connected to the graft at or near the proximal end of the graft. A fixing mechanism is provided at or near the distal end of the graft and is engaged with the support stent in the deployed configuration to fix the diameter and length of the support stent.【課題】ステントグラフト、及びその搬送システム、搬送方法の改善【解決手段】ステントグラフトは近接端部と遠位端部を備えたチューブ状のグラフトと、少なくとも一部がグラフト内に位置し近接端部と遠位端部を備えたサポートステントとを含む。サポートステントが第１の並進運動方向を有する第１のらせん形のワイヤー部分と逆向きの第２の並進運動方向を有する第２のらせん形のワイヤー部分とを有するワイヤーを含む。サポートステントが平らにされた搬送構造の時に第１の長さを、拡張された留置構造の時により短い第２の長さを有する。搬送構造の時にサポートステントがグラフトの近接端部又はその近傍でグラフトに接続されている。グラフトの遠位端部又はその近傍に固定メカニズムを備え留置構造にあるサポートステントに係合しサポートステントの直径及び長さを固定する。【選択図】図１
