PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a device for intermittently blocking a blood vessel, which is known from the conventional technique, in order to reduce a treatment cost and eliminate the need of permanent medical management by a doctor during treatment.
SOLUTION: The implantable device for intermittently blocking the blood vessel 2, especially the vein coming out from an organ system, includes: a blocking unit 3 which can be operated in order to perform intermittent blocking and positioned inside the blood vessel 2 at least one sensor 5 for continuously or periodically detecting at least one physiological measured value an implantable controller 4 which is supplied with the at least one physiological measured value and cooperates with the blocking unit 3 so as to control the intermittent blocking corresponding to the measured value and an implantable mooring means 9 which is separate from the blocking unit 3 and is capable of being operably connected with the blood vessel 2, for fixing the blocking means in order to position the blocking unit 3 to the blood vessel 2.
