It is intended to provide a three-dimensionally cultured elastic fiber tissue which has a three dimensional thickness and expresses elastic fiber components essentially required in elastic fiber tissues such as elastin and fibrin, and a method of producing this three-dimensionally cultured elastic fiber tissue. A three-dimensionally cultured elastic fiber tissue produced by a production method comprising the step 1 of inoculating a porous base material being made of collagen and having an average pore diameter of 1 to 30 µm with fibroblasts at a cell density of 1x103/cm2 or more, and the step 2 of culturing the porous base carrying the fibroblasts inoculated in the above-described step 1 in a serum-containing medium, which has a thickness of 5 µm or more and contains elastin and fibrin.
