A process of Zingiberaceae plant preparations for cardiovascular protection including steps of mixing 16.7%-50% of Hedychium coronarium, 16.7%-50% Alpinia galanga and 16.7%-50% Alpinia zerumbet and then extracted with aqueous ethanolic solution with ethanol: water ratio of 5%-95%: 95%-5%. The obtained extraction solution was further concentrated and drying or spary granulation. Finally, the Zingiberaceae plant preparations were obtained after sieving process.
