PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical solution application tool making a chemical solution hardly adhere to a shaft body, and excellent in operability.SOLUTION: A housing body 2 is sealed at normal time and can be opened at use. A chemical solution and a sanitary material 3 are housed in the housing body 2. The sanitary material 3 has a shaft body 4, and a liquid absorption body 5 provided on one end part of the shaft body 4 and absorbing the chemical solution. The sanitary material 3 can be taken out from the housing body 2 in a state of opening the housing body 2. In the sanitary material 3, the shaft body 4 is covered with a liquid-nonpermeable cover body 6.
