The LED irradiation vibrating apparatus comprises: an LED irradiation portion formed in an upper portion of a housing, and in which one or more LED modules are arranged to be exposed outside the housing； a head coupling groove separately formed for a certain distance on an edge of the LED irradiation portion； and a vibration module connected to a vibration head, inserted into the housing through the head coupling groove, and vibrating the vibration head.
