PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feed additive containing, as effective ingredients, materials given to a mother pig or a baby pig so that health condition of the baby pig can be improved, and a pig feed containing the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a pig feed additive containing, as effective ingredients, carnitine, and oil and fat that contain C16:1 as a fatty acid composition, and a pig feed containing the pig feed additive.
