PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trocar capable of reliably securing a field of view in a surgical field or the like.SOLUTION: A trocar 1 disposed to penetrate through a body wall B1, guiding an instrument to a body cavity and allowing supply of a fluid, includes: an inner tube 21 capable of inserting an instrument L1； an outer tube 31 that is provided to cover an outer periphery of the inner tube 21 and whose front end is located rearward a front end of the inner tube 21； a passage 32 that is formed between the inner tube 21 and the outer tube 31 and causes a fluid to flow； and an outlet 34 that is located at the front end of the passage 32 for discharging the fluid.
