PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood purifier, excellent in the selective permeability, safety and stability of the performance, having high water-permeability used especially for treating the chronic renal failure, and excellent in the expression of the water permeability after the priming process, and highly stable in the long-time preservation.
SOLUTION: The blood purifier is filled with a hollow fiber membrane whose surface at least on the blood contact side is made of the aggregate of polymer particles. The permeability of the blood purifier in 10 minutes after the priming process is at least 90% of the permeability in 24 hours after the priming process.
