The present invention relates to a fishery management system which is installed on the coast, manages a fishery cultivating fish and shellfish by protecting the fishery from an approaching ship and a red tide or waste oil generated in seawater, and prevents the fishery from being lost due to a movement according to a flow of a tide. According to the present invention, the fishery management system comprises: an acoustic sensor: a ship approach analysis module which analyzes whether a ship approaches, by using an acoustic signal acquired by the acoustic sensor； a siren and a light bar which respectively emit an alarm sound and alarm light when the ship approach analysis module determines that the ship approaches； a darkroom barrel which defines a darkroom therein and has a lower side sinking under water； a spotlight which illuminates a surface of the seawater from the inside of the darkroom barrel； a camera which photographs the surface of the seawater from the inside of the darkroom barrel； a water pollution analysis module which analyzes a water pollution level by using a color of the surface photographed by the camera； and a wireless communication module which transmits information analyzed by the ship approach analysis module and the water pollution analysis module to a management terminal.본 발명은 연안에 설치되어 어패류를 양식하는 어장을 접근하는 선박 등으로부터 보호하고, 수질에 발생한 적조나 폐유 등으로부터 보호하여 관리하고, 어장이 조류의 흐름에 따른 이동으로 유실되는 문제를 방지하는 어장관리 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른어장관리 시스템은 음향센서； 상기 음향센서에서 취득되는 음향신호를 이용해 선박의 접근여부를 분석하는 선박접근분석모듈； 상기 선박접근분석모듈에서 선박의 접근으로 판별되는 때에 경보음과 경보광을 발하는 싸이렌과 경광등； 내부에 암실이 형성되고, 하부측이 수중으로 잠기는 암실통； 상기 암실통의 내부에서 수면을 조명하는 조명등； 상기 암실통의 내부에서 수면을 촬영하는 카메라； 상기 카메라가 촬영한 영상의 수면색상을 이용해 수질 오염도를 분석하는 수질오염분석모듈； 상기 선박접근분석모듈과 상기 수질오염분석모듈에서 분석된 정보를 관리단말기로 전송하는 무선통신모듈；을 포함하여 이루어진다.
