PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal receiving/analyzing device which can reduce degradation of signal quality due to noise in a device which transmits a signal subjected to frequency conversion and composition for each channel by a signal reception unit to a signal analysis unit on one transmission line, and analyzes the signal by the signal analysis unit by performing frequency conversion again for each channel.SOLUTION: A signal analysis unit 2 outputs a reference signal generated from a reference signal generation unit 26 to a frequency divider 29 provided for each channel and transmits the reference signal to a signal reception unit 1. The signal reception unit 1 receives the reference signal and distributes the reference signal to a frequency divider 17 provided for each channel. Each frequency divider 17 and each frequency divider 29 divide the frequency of the reference signal by a frequency division value preset for each channel.
