A method for environment-friendly disposal of animal feces includes the steps of: A. providing a hand tool and detachably mounting thereon a collecting container, which is a biodegradable flexible bag having an opening and being folded and deflated before being mounted on the hand tool B. moving the collecting container by the hand tool to a collecting position, such that the collecting container is at a position close to anal area of an animal to collect the feces and C. removing the collecting container containing the feces from the hand tool in order to dispose the collecting container.
