The present invention relates to a surgical operation apparatus for fracture reduction which can minimize the long-term exposure of a patient and a medical staff to X-rays in a process of examining an alignment state of an aiming arm configured to guide a fixing screw in an accurate direction of a metal nail or a metal plate during a fracture reducing operation.
