A method of detecting a disease associated with pulmonary vascular remodeling. The method includes administering a radioisotope-conjugated antibody against vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). The method further includes imaging said antibody using positron emission tomography (PET), computed tomography (CT), or magnetic resonance imaging (MIR).
