PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trocar with an imaging function capable of widely observing a region between a surgical site and a body wall in a state of being attached to the body wall.SOLUTION: There is provided a trocar used attached to a body wall H, which leads a surgical instrument to a body cavity through an insertion hole 25 formed inside. The trocar includes a cylindrical guide tube 22 that penetrates a body wall H and is inserted into the body cavity, and a hand side member 24 formed on a hand side of the guide tube 22, which engages with the surface of the body wall H, and whose diameter is larger than that of the guide tube 22.
